Flowers!

Flowers are getting ready to bloom! Not enough showing for decent photos yet but I see hundreds of buds ready to open. This is definitely going to be the best year for flowers we've had. Which means it's most likely there will be more flowers on this land than at any time in the history of the planet!

I'm hoping many of them bloom before this weekend, when daughter will be here.

The sulfuric acid treatment cleared most of the clogged drip lines. I replaced one line, which was the old, drilled type. Once they clog, there's not much to do about it.

Found another use for the sulfuric acid today. Descaling the swamp cooler! I poured acid in the reservoir, ran just the pump for about 30 minutes. Then flushed with the bleed-off wide open before turning on the blower. Worked rather well! Seems to be much cooler in here. I would not advise using sulfuric acid if you use aspen pads, only synthetic.

Saw some big differences in a lot of plants today. Seem to have accelerated growth. This is after applying acid last night and compost yesterday afternoon. Not sure which helped most or if they had a cumulative effect. Doesn't matter too much, as both are necessary.

Been rather sick all day today. Had really bad insomnia last night. Hopefully feel better tomorrow.
